Lasagna

Spread a small amount of sauce in bottom of 9X13 pan
- Lasagna noodles
- Spaghetti Sauce
- Ricotta Cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp parsley
- mozarella cheese
- 1 lb hamburger/italian sausage/or ground turkey
- parmesan cheese
Chicken Parmesan

1. Slice breasts in half
- 2 large whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lbs)
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs (seasoned with Parmesan cheese)
- 4 tbps olive oil
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 cups Italian tomato sauce (plain add oregano)
- 1/2 lb mozarella cheese
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
Dump Cake

Spread each in order in pan; do not mix
- 1 (1 lb 4 oz) can crushed pineapple
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 sticks butter
