1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 8 ounces manicotti shells
- 1 (32-ounce) container ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded mozzarella chesse, divided
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and well drained
- 2 cups spaghetti sauce

1. Mix sugar, salt, pepper garlic powder, paprika, and mustard powder in medium bowl
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 3X1" strips
