Directions Heat the grill on high
- Vinaigrette:
- 1 large red onion (or 2 small), sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 1 zucchini, sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced in half
- 1/2 bunch asparagus
- 1 ear of corn
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
- 8 oz mesclun greens
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon shallot
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- Salt and Pepper
Ann Romney's Zucchini Casserole

- 1 cup diced Vidalia onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 4 cups sliced zucchini
- 3/4 cup grated Gruyere or Parmesan cheese
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter

Barbecued Chicken with Homemade BBQ Sauce

Give these a rub thoroughly with a tablespoon or two of the BBQ Rub and transfer to a plate
- BBQ Sauce:
- 2 2 2 cups ketchup
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 2 2 tablespoons molasses
- 2 2 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 1 1 1 tablespoon of Barbeque Rub (listed below)
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- BBQ Rub:
- (This makes a ton of rub)
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup salt
- 2 1/2 2 1/2 1/2 tablespoons black pepper
- 3 3 3 tablespoons paprika
- 1 1 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 1 1 teaspoon crushed fennel seed
- to the chicken, I am starting with a rub. This is so simple, it’s just salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne, cumin and fennel seed, but the flavors pack a punch. Mix these up, and it’s ready to go.
- For the Chicken:
- 1 1 6 fryer chicken, broken down into 6 pieces (breast, wings, thighs + legs)
- Vegetable Oil, for the grill

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Ingredients:
- 4 Tbsp butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1-1/2 cups baby bella mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 can fried onions
- 24 ounces whole frozen green beans, six servings worth
Super Shrimp Scampi with Kale Herb

Marinade In a small bowl add olive oil, garlic, kale and a pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 3 tablespoons red onion, small diced
- 1/2 tablespoon jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 8 jumbo shrimp, butterflied
- 1/4 cup white wine, Riesling
- 3 tablespoons buttery spread
- 3 tablespoons of ready made smoked barbeque sauce
- 1/4 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1 tablespoon kale
- Kosher salt
- Ground black pepper
- Marinade
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of finely chopped kale

Jane's Shrimp on the Barbie

Combine all of the ingredients, adding the prawns last, and marinate in the fridge for one to two hours
- 3 lbs fresh medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce (not hot sauce)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 large shallots, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons finely sliced green onions
- 1/4 teaspoon ground Chinese five spice
