Ingredients

  • 3 cup sugar
  • 3 stick butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cup flour ( 1/2 self risen & 1/2 plain ) (I used white Lilly)
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp lemon, butter, almond, coconut, pineapple, orange, rum (optional)

Step 1


Beat butter, & sugar, together until smooth and fluffy, add flour and eggs (alternate flour & eggs 1 @ a time)

Add sour cream

Pour into a tube pan. Start in a cold oven and bake @ 350 degrees for appx 1hr 15min. (check with toothpick it should come out clean).
