Melt butter in a pie plate
- 1 tube Grands flaky biscuits
- 1 stick of butter
- 4 oz blue cheese
- Fresh Parsley
Marsala-Rosemary Roast Tenderloin

Preheat oven to 350. Season roast with salt and pepper and the herb mixture
- 2 lb. center cut beef tenderloin roast, trimmed
- Salt & pepper
- 2 talk each fresh rosemary and parsley
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 4 medium shallots, minced (about 1/4 cup)
- 4 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 1/2 cup Marsala wine
- 2 tbs butter
- 1 tsp course ground mustard
- 1 (14 oz) can beef broth
Impossible Coconut Pie

All the ingredients are mixed together and poured into a pie tin, but when it cooks it forms its own crust with
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 8 Tablespoon butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Knobby Apple Cake

This cake doesn't have a lot of batter-just enough to coat apples
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Shortening
- 1 Egg
- 3 cups Apples ; chunky dice
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/4 cup Nuts ; chopped
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder

1.Start by peeling onions and cutting them int o large slices
- 5-6 large regular yellow onions
- 1/2 cup butter, (do not use margarine )
Crispy Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Cut each breast in half horizontally to make 4 steaks
- 1 lb chicken breast (2 pieces) (Note 1)
- 1 egg
- 1 garlic clove , minced (optional)
- Salt and pepper
- 1 1/4 cups shredded parmesan (Note 2)
- 2 tbsp butter (or more oil)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Holy Yum Chicken

Instructions: Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit
- 1 1/2 - 2 pounds boneless, skinless, chicken thighs (most of the fat cut and discarded)
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard (must be Dijon mustard, no substitutes)
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup (again, no substitutes. No fake Aunt Jemima stuff)
- 1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar (seasoned or unseasoned)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tsp. fresh rosemary for garnish

makes 1 sheet of bark Wrap a baking sheet with tin foil
- 1 cup (2 sticks) of unsalted butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- bag of mini pretzels
- 12-oz bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- sea salt
Dr. Pepper Pulled Pork in the Slow Cooker

Place the chopped onions in the bottom of the slow cooker
- 2 1/2-3 lb pork butt (also known as a pork shoulder)
- 24 oz. (2 cans) Dr. Pepper
- 1 medium onion, cut in quarters and then again in half
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dry ground mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- Barbecue Sauce of choice
Brined Chicken

Mix brine well and pour over chicken pieces in a container that is just big enough to hold the chicken
- 2 Chicken breast ; on the bone with skin

- 1/4 cup Brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Kosher Salt
- 1 cup Orange juice
