Billion Dollar Buttery Biscuits

Directions: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter
- 4 1/2 cups Bisquick (or a similar all-purpose baking mix)
- 1 cup 7-Up (or a similar lemon-lime soda)
- 1 cup sour cream (don't use light)

Heat olive oil in a medium sauce pan and then add yellow onions, thyme, salt and pepper
- 1 Tbs Olive Oil
- 3 cups chopped yellow onion
- 1 tsp chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 2 tsp kosher salt

- 3 Tbs worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup chicken stock
- 1 Tbs tomato paste
- 2 1/2 lbs ground chuck

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
- 1 Chicken ; cut into 8 pieces
- 8 Small white onions
- 16 small White button mushrooms
- 3/4 cup Dry red wine
- 1 tablespoon Parsley ; minced
- 2 teaspoon Dried thyme ; crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2/3 cup Butter ; melted
- 2 Bay leaf ; dried
Lemon Parmesan Chicken Sheetpan Dinner

Preheat oven to 200°C | 400°F
- For The Chicken:
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (or juice of 1/2 a lemon)
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper , to season
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
- 4 skinless , boneless chicken breasts (or thighs)
- For The Veggies:
- 8-10 baby potatoes, quartered
- 1/2 cup butter , melted
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- salt to taste
- 1 pound green beans , cut into thirds

Cheese, Olive & Buttermilk Herb Bread

1) Preheat oven to 180C or 350F
- 2 1/4 cups plain flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard powder
- 60 g freshly grated parmesan
- 60 g grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup green olives, sliced
- 8 pieces sundried tomatoes, sliced thinly
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup mixture of spring onion and Italian parsley
- 2 tsp thyme leaves or 1 tsp dried thyme
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/4 cup buttermilk (or use 1 1/4 cup less 1 Tbsp fresh milk + 1 Tbsp white vinegar or lemon juice. Set aside for 10 minutes before using)
- Egg wash (optional) made from 1 egg yolk beaten with 2 tsp water
- Extra thyme springs and sea salt, for topping

1. In a medium pot, heat the butter and canola oil over medium heat
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1/2 cup finely diced yellow onion
- 3/4 cup finely diced celery
- 3/4 cup finely diced carrot
- 1 pound ground beef chuck
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup dry red wine
- 1 1/4 cups whole milk
- 1 pinch freshly grated nutmeg
- One 14.5-ounce can diced San Marzano tomatoes
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 pound dry or fresh orecchiette, pappardelle or tagliatelle
- Grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, for serving.
Honey Soy-Glazed Salmon

Salmon filets are marinaded in a delicious honey soy sauce and then fried in a little olive oil to perfection
- HONEY SOY MARINADE:
- 12 ounces skinless salmon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/3 cup less sodium soy sauce
- 1/3 cup honey

- 2 teaspoon Capers
- Salt & pepper ; to taste
