Heat olive oil in a large, deep skillet over medium heat
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 onion, diced
- salt to taste
- 8 ounces spicy Italian sausages, casings removed
- 3 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth, divided, or as needed
- 1 1/4 cups orecchiette pasta, or more to taste
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped arugula, or to taste
- 1/4 cup finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, or to taste

A simple and flavorful variation on boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 1/4 cups seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, divided
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- Lemon wedges for serving, optional

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 and 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (measure when crushed into crumbs)
- 1/2 cup (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 can (14 ounces) FULL FAT sweetened condensed milk
- 1 and 1/3 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
Garlic Studded Bone-In Prime Rib

Preheat oven to 300 degrees
- 1 Prime Rib ; bone in
- 5 Garlic cloves ; halved or quartered
- 1/2 cup Olive oil
- 1/4 cup Rosemary ; fresh
- 1/4 Thyme ; fresh
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- Kosher Salt
- Pepper
- 2 pound Shallots
- 2 pound Carrots
- 2 pound Celery
- 1 bottle Red wine
- 2 quart Beef broth
Chicken Tortilla Soup in a Crock-Pot

Put all ingredients in the crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours
- 3 chicken breasts, raw
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 can tomatoes with green chilis
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can corn
- 1 diced onion
- 1 diced jalapeno
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 2 tsp. taco seasoning
- 1 tsp. salt

Put oatmeal in blender and blend to a fine powder
- 2 C. butter
- 24 oz. chocolate chips
- 4 C. flour
- 2 C. brown sugar
- 2 Tsp. baking soda
- 1 Tsp. salt
- 2 C. sugar
- 1 (8oz.) Hershey bar grated
- 5 C. oatmea
- 4 eggs
- 2 Tsp. baking powder
- 2 Tsp. vanilla
- 3 C. chopped nuts (optional)
Grecian Rib Eyes

Press dry rub on both sides of steak
- 2 1" thick Boneless ribeyes
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon Feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon Kalamata olives
- 1 Lemon ; sliced
- Dry rub for ribeyes
Parmesan Mayo Chicken

1.Preheat oven to 375F 2.In a small bowl, mix all ingredients except for the chicken breasts
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tsp. garlic powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Meatballs

Mix all ingredients together with your hands
- Ground beef
- 1 egg per pound
- 1/2 tsp salt per pound
- 1/2 tsp pepper per pound
- 1/4-1/2 cup Parmesan cheese per pound
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs per pound
- 1 tsp dried oregano per pound
- 1 tsp dried basil per pound
- 1 tsp dried parsley per pound
- 1 tsp minced garlic per pound
- 1 tsp minced onions, dried, per pound
Cheese Crisps

- Cheese Crisps
- 7 tbsp butter, at room temperature
- 8 oz gruyere or cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3.5 oz all purpose flour (about 2/3 cup)
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup crispy rice cereal
