Bake brownies according to package instructions
- 1 box brownie mix
- 1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
- 1 3/4 c. milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 c. Baileys Irish Cream
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- Pinch salt
Basic Red Sauce

In a medium, heavy pot, heat the oil over medium heat
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 3/4 cup Yellow onions ; chopped (1 medium)
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic ; minced (2 cloves)
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 can (28 oz.) Whole peeled tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz.) Tomato sauce
- 4 1/2 teaspoon Tomato paste
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
Garlic Parmesan Chicken

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 tablespoon oil
- 3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, divided
- 2 lb. bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 lb. baby red potatoes, quartered
- 2 tbsp. butter, softened
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp. fresh thyme
- Freshly chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan, plus more for serving
Lemon Pasta with Roasted Shrimp and Asparagus

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound asparagus, cut into thirds
- olive oil
- kosher salt and pepper
- 1 pound angel hair pasta
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 lemons, zested and juiced
Kahlua Rum Cola

- 1 part Kahlua
- 1 part Rum
- 4 parts cola

White Bean Spread

- 2 cans (15 oz each) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp chopped fresh thyme
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Place lime juice, mint and sugar into a pitcher
- 10 10 10 limes, fresh pulp and juice
- 30 30 30 leaves of fresh mint
- 3 3⁄4 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 1 1 cup white rum
- club soda, chilled
German Potato Pancakes

Combine all ingredients. Heat 2 tbsp
- 2 1/4 cups coarsely shredded peeled potatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions (or finely chopped sweet onion)
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- (Optional-1 heaping tsp sour cream)
