Combine first 8 ingredients in heavy, large pot
- 4 cups Apple cider
- 4 cups Water
- 1/2 cup Kosher Salt
- 1/2 cup Light brown sugar ; packed
- 1 tablespoon Fennel seeds
- 1 tablespoon Coriander seeds
- 1 tablespoon Black peppercorns
- 3 Bay leaves
- 4 pound Boneless pork loin roast ; center cut
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 teaspoon Sage ; fresh, chopped
- 2 teaspoon Rosemary ; fresh, chopped
- 2 teaspoon Thyme ; fresh, chopped
- 2 teaspoon Marjoram ; fresh, chopped

- 4 Onions
- Leaves from 1 bunch celery
- 2 tablespoon Coarse salt
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Mustard seed
- 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg ; freshly grated
- 10 Cloves
- 2 teaspoon Black peppercorns ; crushed lightly
- 4 sprigs Parsley
- 2 Bay leaves
- 1 4 pound Rump roast ; tied
- 2 tablespoon Butter ; clarified
- 1/2 cup Gingersnap cookies ; crushed
Crab Dip

Mix all ingredients, except crab, until smooth
- 8 ounce Cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- Lemon Juice
- 1/2 pound Crab Meat

- Mix all ingredients, except crab, until smooth. Add shredded crab and blend.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until top is browned and bubbly.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 13x9 casserole dish
- 2 each 11 oz. cans MexiCorn, drained
- 2 each 4.5 oz cans Green Chiles, drained
- 2 cups (about 8 oz.) Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded
- 3/4 cups Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- Fritos Scoops for dipping

Place the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat, and brown on all sides
- 6 (4 ounce) links sweet Italian sausage
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 cup white wine

In a sprayed slow cooker, put the chicken
- 4-6 chicken breasts.
- 1 cup of packed brown sugar.
- 2/4 cup of vinegar.
- 1/4 cup of lemon-lime soda.
- 2-3 tbsps of minced garlic.
- 2 tbsps of soy sauce.
- 1 tsp of fresh ground pepper.
- 2 tbsps of cornstarch.
- 2 tbsps of water.
- Red pepper flakes (optional).

In a large skillet, warm oil over medium heat and saute bacon until crisp
- 3 tablespoon Olive oil
- 4 slices Bacon ; cut into 1/2 inch pieces (optional)
- 1 cup chopped Onion
- 1 cup chopped carrot
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 clove Garlic ; minced
- 1/2 pound Fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 pound Lean ground beef
- 1 pound ground veal
- 1 pound ground pork or sausage meat
- 2 ea. 28 ounce Italian plum tomatoes
- 1 28 ounce can of water
- 1/2 teaspoon Basil-dried,or 6 leaves of chopped basil
- 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream (optional)
- 1 cup red wine -or- 1/2 cup dry white wine & 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 stick of butter (optional)
- 1 cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese (optional)
