CLEMENTINE CREAMSICLE SMOOTHIE

Place ingredients in a blender
- 2 clementines, peeled and sectioned
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 3 to 4 ice cubes
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Baked Beef Stew

Directions Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)
- 2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons instant tapioca
- 1 tablespoon beef bouillon granules
- 2 teaspoons white sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 strips celery, cut into 3/4 inch pieces
- 3 potato, peeled and cubed
- 1 onion, roughly chopped
- 1 slice bread, cubed
Root Beer Float Cupcakes

- 3/4 cup butter
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

- 24 root beer-flavor hard candies (optional)

- 1/4 cupbutter
- 3/4 cupvanilla ice cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 cups powdered sugar
Peanut Butter-Chocolate Twist Cupcakes

- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup milk
- 4 ounces milk chocolate, melted
- 1 recipe Peanut Butter Frosting
- 1 recipe Chocolate Frosting
- Shaved milk chocolate and/or bite-size chocolate-covered peanut butter cups, halved
PEACH & BLUEBERRY PIE

Combine lemon and fruit. Add sugar, topioca, and salt
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3 cups peeled peaches
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup sugar

FUDGE FROSTING

- 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 pound sour cherries
- 1/2 cup sugar
