    clementines, peeled and sectioned

    ripe banana

    cup lowfat vanilla yogurt

    cup orange juice

  • 3 to 4

    ice cubes

Directions

Place ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Strain, if desired. Then pour into glasses.
