Mom's Peach Pie Recipe

Brush egg white over pastry shell; set aside
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 1 unbaked pastry shell (9 inches)
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
- 6 cups sliced peeled fresh peaches

- 1 package refrigerated four-cheese ravioli, 20 ounces
- 1 jar sun-dried tomato Alfredo sauce, 16 ounces
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- 2 medium-size fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Garnish: fresh basil strips

- 1/2 cup coconut rum

Preheat oven to 400°F ( 180)
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 lemons, 1 thinly sliced, 1 juiced - ( 1 lemon if not a fan of lemon )
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3/4 pound trimmed green beans
- 8 small red potatoes, quartered
- 4 chicken breasts
Veggie Pizza

Roll out the Crescent Rolls onto a Greased a 9 X 12 pan and press the seams together
- 3 Pkgs. Crescent Rolls
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 2 Cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Cup of Mayo
- 1 Tsp. Parsley Flakes
- 1 Tsp. Dill Weed
- 1/2 Tsp. Seasoning Salt
- 1 Tbl. Minced Onion
- 2 - 3 Cups chopped Vegetables (Carrots, Celery, Cauliflower, Broccoli)
Calico Beans

Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour
- 1/2 pound Bacon
- 1 pound Ground Hamburger
- 2 Cans Pork & Beans
- 1/2 cup Chopped Onion
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbl. of Vinegar
- 1 Tsp of Mustard

- 3/4 Cup shortening
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Molasses
- 1 Egg,
- 2 Tsp. Baking Soda
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1/2 Tsp. Cloves
- 1/8 Tsp. Ginger
- 1 Tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp. Salt

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup water
- 4 Tablespoons cocoa
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Frosting
- 1/2 cup butter
- 6 Tablespoons milk
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 cup caramel sauce, I used caramel ice cream topping in the jar.
- Additional Toppings
- 2 1/2 cups toasted coconut, See instructions below for how to make it
- 7 to 8 ounces caramel, either Kraft Caramel Cubes or from a block of Caramel. I used a block of Peter's Caramel.
- 1/8 cup evaporated milk
- 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon shortening or oil
