Salad Dressing Chicken

This is a simple and easy East-meet-West recipe
- 4 pieces of boneless and skinless chicken, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- Sweet Vidalia Onion salad dressing, enough to marinate (about 2-3 Tbsp.)
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. corn starch
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce

- 1 cup lukewarm milk

- 1 1/2 tsp. active yeast

Asian Steamed Rice Cupcakes

In a medium mixing bowl, mix rice floor and sugar, then add water
- 3 cups Rice Flour
- 1 - 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
- 4 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
- Optional: 1/2 cup dried cranberries; add food color as you desire.
Vanilla Marble Cake

This is much better vanilla cake than the store bought box cake mix
- For Oreo Cream Cheese Marbles:
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz.)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 Oreo cookies, crush to crumbs with a food processor
- In a small mixing bowl, cream the cream cheese and sugar, add egg, beat until blend and creamy. Fold in Oreo crumbs and set aside.
- For the Ultimate vanilla cake:
- Dry ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cups cake flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Wet ingredients:
- 1 stick butter (1/2 cup), softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2/3 cup milk
Asian: Miso Chicken Bites

A very easy, simple, quick and tasty Asian dish
- 4 boneless and skinless chicken tights, cut into cubes
- 2 green onions
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar (or white sugar for lighter color)
- 1 Tbsp. miso (I used yellow miso)
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Mirin (Japanese sweet cooking wine)
- pinch salt to your taste
Healthy Summer Rolls

The traditional Vietnamese Summer Rolls, also called Spring Rolls, are filled with cooked rice noddles
- For the rolls:
- 1 package of Vietnamese Rice Paper (can be purchased at Asian grocery stores or Walmart)
- 1 small container of Living Alfalfa Sprouts (used to substitute the rice noddles)
- Leafy vegetables, such as spinach, shredded lettuce
- Slice meat, or cooked shrimps
- Hoisin Peanut Sauce:
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1/4 cup Hoisin Sauce (reduce to 1/8 cup for less sodium)
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- Pinch of salt for your taste
Pineapple Jello

Lightly spray a Wilton's 24 mini bites silicone mold
- 2 envelops unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup milk (or coconut milk)
- 1/2 sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cold water
Chocolate Macaroons

It's a gluten FREE French cookies and made from Almond meal
- For the butter cream fillings:
- 3/4 cup Almond meal
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tsp. coco powder
- 2 ex-large egg whites, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 block butter (about 4 Tbsp.), soften
- 3 Tbsp. Cream Cheese, soften
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- Combine all together and beat until fluffy. Refrigerator until ready to use.
Almond Rounds 杏仁酥

This is delicious and must try recipe! I used Biscuit cutter to cut into round shapes
- Ingredients for the Crust:
- 1/3 cup of brown sugar
- 1 stick of butter, soften at room temperature
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- Ingredients for Topping:
- Apricot or mango jam, as needed
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1/2 cup almond flakes
- 1/8 cup instant oatmeal
- 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- Optional: pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds for decoration.

- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 can red bean paste or koshian or kobashian
- 1/2 cup ground almond meal or soybean meal or peanut meal
