Baklava, Easy & Reduced Sugar recipe

Store brought baklava always very sweet
- For the filling:
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup raw or roasted walnuts
- 1 cup raw or roasted pistachio
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
- 1 package of phyllo sheets, thawed (2 packages in one box)
- For the syrup:
- 1/2 cups honey
- 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Asian Sweet Soy Dressing

A salad dressing with Asian twist
- 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil (Cold pressed is better for Salad)
- 2 tsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- Pinch of salt and black pepper to your taste
Cracked Cookies with Captain Crunch

This cracked and cakey cookies are easy to make
- 1 stick butter (about 1/2 cup), at room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. lemon juice (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups Captain Crunch cereal, crash with small food processor
- 1 1/2 cups ground almond meal
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup raisin, or cranberries (optional)
Pink Velvet Roulade with Cream Cheese Filling

I adopted the cake recipe from Sprinkle Bakes
- For the cake:
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 cup extra fine granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp buttermilk
- 1 tsp cider vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-2 drops food coloring (red or pink)
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- For Cream Cheese Filling:
- 1 packages (8 oz. each) of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 stick butter, at room temperature
- 1 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sweet whipping cream
Strawberry Mousse Cake

For cake layer: Place parchment papers on the bottom of two 8-inch non-stick springform pans
- For cake layer:
- 1 box Strawberry Cake Mix
- 2 Eggs
- 8 oz. Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup hot water
- For Mousse Layer:
- 1 package of unflavored gelatin
- 2 Tbsp. cold water
- 1 bag (16 oz.) White chocolate chips, about 2 cups
- 2 1/2 cups Heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Pinch of salt
- For Jelly Layer:
- 1 small box of strawberry Jell-O
Chinese Style Pulled Chicken

This tasty pulled chicken is also great with salad, sandwich, noodles, rice, even tacos
- 2 pieces skinless chicken leg quarters (or breasts for healthier cooking)
- 1 small piece ginger (size of egg yolk), sliced
- 1 green onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 Tbsp. cooking wine
- Water, enough to over the chicken in the pot
Thai Red Curry Chicken

Use white meat chicken taste better than dark meat
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 can coconut milk (about 14.5 oz.)
- 2 Tbsp. Thai Red Curry paste (add more for spicy)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 yellow onion, sliced
- 1 stick Lemon Grass, cut into 1-inch pcs
- 2 basil leaves
- Pinch of salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: garlic, mushrooms, bell pepper, or bamboo shoot.
Oreo Pudding Cheesecakes

Add Oreo Pudding in the basic cheesecake recipe
- 2 cups Oreo cookie crumb (crush about 12 Oreo cookies with a food processor)
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 box of Jello Oreo Pudding
- 1/2 cup milk
Easy Drop Cookies

- 1/2 cup cooking oil

- 2 egg whites
