- 25 ml milk (about 2 Tbsp.)
- 2 tsp cake flour
- 4 tsp butter, soften

Brownie Cheesecake

- Ingredients for the Brownie:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 1 stick butter, melted and cooled
- 1/4 cup milk (or semi-sweet) chocolate chips
- Ingredients for the Cheesecake:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 4 boxes of cream cheese (8 oz. each), soften
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp. Sour Cream

Asian Ginger Dressing

You may taste this creamy ginger dressing in many Asian steakhouses
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons dice garlic
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup mayo
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Cake mix: German Chocolate Cupcakes

- Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 1 box German chocolate cake mix
- 1 box chocolate instant pudding, small box
- 1 cup warm water
- 3/4 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 (8oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter, softened, (1/2 stick)
- 1 cups powder sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. lemon juice

- 1 block (1/2 cup) butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 egg white, at room temperature
- 1 cup cake flour
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda (optional)
- 1 cup sliced Almond
- 1 cup dry cranberries
Cookies: Bootty Bars

I adopted this recipe from Betty Crocker's Cookie Book, chocolate-pecan squares
- Make the crust:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, soften
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat above ingredients with an electric mixer on low speed until blend. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes until crumbly. Press evenly in bottom of ungreased 8x8 pan.
Cake mix: Milk Chocolate Mousse Cake

- Cake Layer (bottom layer)
- 1 pkg. of milk chocolate cake mix
- 1 can Sour Cream, 16 oz. or 8 oz. (cake will be fluffy with less sour cream)
