Mix cream cheese, chicken pieces, onions, butter and milk well
- 3 pkgs. Crescent rolls
- 2- 8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
- 4 Chicken breasts, cooked and cut bite size
- 4 Green onions, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Butter, softened
- 2 Tbsp. Milk
- Salt and Pepper
Grandma Petty's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Mix. Bake 350° about 8 minutes
- 1 c. margarine
- 1 c. shortening
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 5 c. flour
- chocolate chips
Quiche Lorraine

Layer cheese and bacon. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over top
- 1 unbaked quiche crust
- 2 c. shredded swiss cheese
- 12 slices cooked, crumbled bacon
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of cayenne
Smoked Sausage Hawaiian

Saute onion and sausage in margarine for 5 minutes
- 1 medium onion
- 3 small tomatoes, cut in 6ths
- 1 lb. polska kielbasa, cut in bite size chunks
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. peach or apricot preserves
- 2 c. crushed pineapple, drained thoroughly
Super Chip Cookie

Funeral Potatoes

Mix hash browns, soup, sour cream, 1/2 cup melted butter and onion
- 32 oz. frozen, shredded hash browns
- 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 c. crushed corn flakes
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Dump Cake

Dump fruit in 9x13 pan. Spread evenly
- 2 cans prepared fruit filling of choice
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 stick butter
Orange Julius

- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tray ice cubes
- 1 6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate

- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. butter

- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
