Mix sugar and cinnamon together
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 2 cups nuts (pecans, almonds, walnuts, cashews)
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 cup water
French Bread

Dissolve yeast in warm water
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 2 pkgs or 4 1/2 tsp. yeast
- 6 c. flour
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 2 c. hot water
Chicken Enchiladas

Mix chicken, soup, chilies and sour cream
- 6 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
- 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 small can chopped green chilies
- 1 large carton sour cream
- 12 tortillas
- shredded cheddar cheese
Poppyseed Bread

Mix all ingredients for bread well without over mixing
- Bread:
- 3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/8 c. oil
- 2 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. poppyseeds
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 tsp. almond flavor
- 1 1/2 tsp. butter flavor
- Glaze:
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. butter flavor
- 1/2 tsp. almond flavor
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Mummy Pastry Puffs

Heat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon water
- All-purpose flour
- 1 package (17.3 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Sheets, thawed
- 6 tablespoons Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 18 slices pepperoni
- 12 slices pitted ripe olives

- 2 8-oz cream cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Hamburger Soup

In dutch oven, brown ground beef
- 1 lb ground beef
- 5 cups water
- 16 oz canned tomatoes, chopped
- 2 carrots, peeled, sliced
- 2 onions, diced
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/3 cup pearl barley
- 1/4 cup catsup
- 1 Tbsp beef-flavor instant bouillon
- 2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 tsp crushed dried basil
- 1 bay leaf
Roast Au jus

Place roast in crock pot. Cover with water mixed with all other ingredients

- 12 beef bouillon
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
