Baked Potato Soup

Cook bacon. Crumble and set aside
- 12 slices bacon
- 2/3 cup margarine
- 2/3 cup flour
- 7 cups milk
- 4 large baked potatoes, peeled and cut into 1" cubes
- 4 green onion, chopped
- 1 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper

Put 1 vanilla wafer round side up in 24 cupcake liners in a muffin pan
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 8-oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp lemon juice

Favorite Sugar Cookies

Mix all ingredients. Roll out, cut and bake 425° for 5-6 minutes

- 1/4 c. light corn syrup
- 2/3 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 Tbsp. Sweetened condensed milk
Chewy Chocolate Caramel Cookies

Cream butter and brown sugar
- 3/4 c. butter, softened
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. milk chocolate chips
- 11 oz. Kraft Caramel Bits

Vegetable Cheese Soup

Boil vegetables, potatoes, celery and onion in enough water to cover, about 15 minutes
- 1 20 oz. pkg. frozen vegetables
- 2 c. potatoes, diced
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 c. turkey, cubed
- 2 quarts water
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 12 cubes chicken bouillon
- 1 16 oz. Cheez Whiz
Texas Trash Warm Bean Dip

Preheat oven to 350. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, refried beans and taco seasoning
- 1- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2- 16 oz. refried beans
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar
- 1 1/2 c. shredded monterey jack
