Broccoli Salad

Made this for Lily's third birthday :)
- 1 lb bacon, cooked and finely chopped
- 2 lg bunches (~4 heads) fresh broccoli, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 large red onion, finely sliced and rings halved
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/8 cup white sugar
- 3/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Ground Beef & Crescent Roll Casserole

Saute onion in butter. Add ground beef and cook until done
- 1/2 cup onion (finely chopped)
- 1 lb extra lean ground beef
- 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 can crescent rolls
- 1 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tbsp oregano
- 1 Tbsp basil
- 1 Tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper
Mom's Tomato Basil Bruschetta

Wash and pat dry basil Pulse in food processor
- Crusty Italian bread or baguette (This recipe made enough for 8 large slices Italian)
- Tomatoes—I used cherry tomatoes, quartered. Could use 6 Roma or plum tomatoes, chopped or thinly sliced
- 1 c. mozarella cheese, shredded
- 1 large clove garlic, crushed (Can use the bottled stuff)
- 1-1 1/2 c. fresh basil
- 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Balsamic vinegar (optional)
Baked Honey Mustard Garlic Wings

Combine all ingredients except chicken wings in a nonreactive bowl
- 12 (lg) -16 (sm) garlic cloves
- 4 Tbsp honey
- 4 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 4 Tbsp light soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 bag (approx 20 pieces) chicken wings
Pumpkin Bars

Mix the first 4 ingredients together
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 (15oz) can pumpkin (in the baking aisle)
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp ground clove
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
Queso Cheese Dip

Place brick of Velveeta in Crock pot, set on high
- 1 Brick Velveeta Cheese
- 1 lbs Ground Beef
- 1 lbs Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage
- 1 Can cream mushroom soup
- 2 Cans Ro-Tel (Mexican)
Pretzels - Yummy

Mix ranch dressing, oil, dill weed, and garlic powder
- 2 Pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dry dressing
- 1 - 12 oz bottle Orville Reddenbacher Butter Flavor Oil
- 1 Heaping Tbs. dill weed
- 1/2 Tbs. garlic powder
- 32 oz bag pretzel knots or twists
Spicy Chicken Thighs

Combine all dry ingredients
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp red pepper
- 1 pkg boneless chicken thighs
- 2 eggs
Breakfast Casserole

Grease 9x13 baking dish. Put in muffins, buttered side down
- 4 English muffins, split and buttered
- 2 lbs Jimmy Dean sausage
- 1 dz eggs
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1 (4 oz) can diced green chili's
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus

Wash asparagus and snap off ends
- 1 bunch asparagus
- ~5 oz prosciutto
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
