Champagne Chicken

Flatten chicken breasts with a mallet
- 4 chicken breasts, deboned
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 4 Tbsp butter, divided
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups Champagne
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- Sauteed mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Balsamic Tortellini

Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
- 1 Tbsp olive oil + 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 5-6 oz prosciutto, finely chopped
- 1 (9oz) pkg cheese tortellini
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
Chicken Wings

Mix all ingredients except chicken wings together in a large bowl
- 1 pkg chicken wings
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp red pepper
Buffalo Chicken Dip

- 2 pkgs cream cheese
- 3 lg cans chicken breast drained
- 1 cup Frank's hot sauce
- 1 cup ranch dressing

Microwave ingredients in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 5 min
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) Philadelphia cream cheese, cubed
- 1 can (10 oz.) Ro-Tel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
- 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled (or 1 can real bacon pieces)
Baked Chicken and Rice With Black Beans

- 1 (10-oz.) package yellow rice mix
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 - 1 cup chopped green/yellow/red bell pepper
- 1/2 - 1 cup chopped carrot
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1 (15-oz.) can black beans, drained
- 1 (10-oz.) can diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
- 2 cups (8 oz.) grated Monterey Jack cheese
