Cinnamon Rolls

Put marmalade into the bottom of a greased bundt pan
- 2 pkgs Pillsbury cinnamon rolls
- 3/4 cup marmalade
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup salted butter, melted
Choco-Scotch Fondue

Put everything into a fondue pot and melt, stirring together
- 1/4 cup milk
- 6 oz butterscotch chips
- 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Mix shortening, bananas, and sugar together
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 2-3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 3 Tbsp milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Crockpot Artichoke Dip

Combine the cream cheese and half-and-half in a bowl until well blended
- (2) 8 oz. pkgs cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup half-and-half
- 1 Tbsp onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- (1) 10 oz bag frozen cut spinach, thawed and well drained
- (1) 13 oz can quartered artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained, and chopped
- 2/3 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Italian Chicken Roll-Ups

Lay out flattened chicken breasts
- 4 boneless chicken breasts, flattened with a mallet
- 4 slices deli ham
- 4 slices deli cheese (provolone, lace swiss, etc.)
- 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup parsley
Hot Kielbasa Dip

In a microwave-safe bowl, heat cream cheese, uncovered, on high for 45 seconds
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 8 ounces fully cooked kielbasa or Polish sausage, browned, and finely chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions, divided
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Assorted crackers or raw vegetables
Herb Butter

Mix everything together and serve with warm bread of choice
- 1 cup salted butter, softened
- 1/8 cup parsley, minced
- 1 Tbsp garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Pear and Blue Cheese Salad

Place salad greens in a large bowl
- 1 (10oz) bag mixed greens
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 Bosc pears, cored and sliced
- 1/2 cup candied pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar, packed
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Green Pepper and Pineapple Cheese Ball

Mix everything together and form into a ball
- 2 pkgs cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 (8oz) can crushed pineapple, completely drained
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
Veggie Pizza

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)
- 2 (8 ounce) packages refrigerated crescent rolls
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (1 ounce) package dry Ranch-style dressing mix
- 1 1/2 bags pre-washed, cut broccoli and cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 bag pre-washed shredded carrots
- 2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 green pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 cup finely shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1-2 Tbsp dill weed
