Artichoke Dip

Artichoke dip from Mandy
- 2 Pkgs. Cream Cheese
- 2 14 oz. Artichoke Hearts, Drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup Mayo
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp basil
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- salt and pepper to taste
Boneless Ribs

Thinly slice yellow onion, and mince garlic cloves
- 1 pack boneless ribs (usually 6 in a pack)
- 1 bottle BBQ sauce (we use Famous Dave’s Rich & Sassy)
- 1 large yellow onion
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 1-2 cups red wine or other alcohol
Teriyaki Kabobs

Combine soy sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and seasoned salt
- 1 1/2 lb. top sirloin steak, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 green pepper, cubed
- 1 red pepper, cubed
- 1 red onion, cubed
- 1 pkg cherry tomatoes
- 1 pkg button mushrooms
- 10-12 small potatoes, cubed
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp seasoned salt
Balsamic Chicken with Mushrooms

Season chicken with a pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt + pinch
- 1/4 tsp pepper + pinch
- 1 pkg button mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 4-5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/8 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 Tbsp salted butter
Lasagna Rolls

Sauce Melt butter in saucepan over medium-low heat
- Sauce
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 tsp flour
- 1 1/4 cups whole milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- Pinch ground nutmeg
- Lasagna
- 1 (15oz) container whole milk ricotta cheese
- 1 (10oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 cup + 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 5-6 oz thinly sliced prosciutto, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten to blend
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1-2 Tbsp olive oil

Crockpot Lasagna

In a skillet, cook the beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 jars (26 oz. each) spaghetti sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp dried Italian seasonings, divided use
- 1 pkg(8 ounces) no-cook lasagna noodles
- 4 cups (16 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1-1/2 cups (12 ounces) small-curd cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Cheese Tortellini with Gorgonzola

Melt butter and saute shallots and mushrooms in a pan
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 Tbsp minced shallots
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream (2 cups)
- 1 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Sauteed mushrooms
