Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil
- 11 oz (4 links) spicy chicken Italian sausage
- 1 lb butternut squash, peeled and diced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 10 oz dry pasta
- 1/4 cup shallots, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups baby spinach, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh shaved parmesan cheese
- kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Beef and cheese manicotti

Heat a heavy medium skillet over medium heat
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 pound ground beef

Preheat oven to 350-400°F
- 1 large onion
- 2 Fuji, Honeycrisp, or Jonagold apples
- 20 ounces pre-cut butternut squash (about 4–5 cups of 1-inch cubes)
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Kosher salt to taste
- 20 grindings of black pepper or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup toasted almond slivers or sunflower seeds (optional)
slow cooker beef and noodles

Add the beef to a 6-quart or larger slow cooker
- 1 1/2 to 2 pounds beef stew cubes, well-trimmed
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 cup sliced white onion
- 1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 10.75-ounce cans cream of mushroom soup

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan, divided, plus more as desired
- 4 ounces frozen pizza crust, thawed
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 medium head romaine, chopped, rinsed, and dried
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Chicken Casserole

1. cook broccoli and place in casserole dish
- 4 cooked chicken breasts
- 1 10 oz pkg broccoli, defrosted
- 1 pkg spinach-defrosted and drained
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese- light
- 1 t salt
- 1 t garlic salt
- 2 c parm cheese
- variation: instead of broccoli put in artichoke hearts with the spinach
All Purpose Dry Rub

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a fork to break up the sugar and combine the spices
- 1/2 cup paprika, or 1/3 cup smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup kosher salt
- 1/4 cup freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chile powder
- 3 tablespoons ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons ground coriander
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
crock pot balsamic chicken

Grease the sides and bottom of the crock pot with olive oil; sprinkle minced garlic over it
- 1 tablespoon STAR Original Olive Oil
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 2 pounds skinless , boneless chicken breasts

- 1/3 - cup STAR Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Gold Edition
- 1 large yellow onion , sliced
- 1 red bell pepper , thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper , thinly sliced
