Grape Jelly

Sterilize 2 8 ounce canning jars (I use the sterilize setting on my dishwasher)
- 1 1/2 cups all natural grape juice
- 1 2/3 cups white sugar
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 2 Tablespoons powdered fruit pectin
Popcorn Balls

- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. lite corn syrup (Karo)
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 . c. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla

Bread - GF Oat Bread***

For Bread Machine: Use the basic white setting and select light or desired crust setting
- DRY:
- 2 c brown rice flour
- 2/3 c tapioca flour
- 1/3 c arrowroot OR 1/2 c cornstarch
- 1/2 c GF oatmeal
- 2 1/2 tsp. xanthan gum
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- WET:
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp molasses
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp yeast
Donuts - Baked***

Preheat oven to 325F
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3 Tbls International Delight Toasted Hazelnut Creamer Fat Free and Sugar Free creamer
- 1 egg, room temperature
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp butter, melted and cooled slightly
- Glaze (can be halved)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbs International Delight Toasted Hazelnut Creamer Fat Free and Sugar Free creamer
Sugar Scrub - Lavendar

Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl
- 1/2 cup organic coconut oil
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (you can use up to 1/2 cup if you want your scrub to have a more coarse, sand-like texture)
- 1/4 teaspoon organic lavender essential oil (about 25 drops)
- 2 , 400 IU soft gels of 100% Vitamin E (optional)

Potato Doughnuts

In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, sugar, buttermilk and eggs
- FAST FUDGE FROSTING:
- 2 cups hot mashed potatoes (with added milk and butter)
- 2-1/2 cups sugar
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 6-1/2 to 7 cups all-purpose flour
- Oil for deep-fat frying
- 3-3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup baking cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup boiling water
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Caramel Crunch

1. Lightly butter a cookie sheet
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup (Karo)
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 4 c. rice chex (or cereal desired)
Pumpkin Pie Spice

- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Oatmeal Brownies

- 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
- 3/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sifted powdered sugar
