  • 1 teaspoon active dry or instant yeast
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 to 3 1/4 cups (13 1/2 to 14 1/2 ounces) all-purpose flour or bread flour
  • Cornmeal for dusting

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk (or half and half depending on how you’re feeling that day)
  • 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • Freshly grated Parmesan Cheese as needed
