Spring Detox Smoothie

This detox smoothie is FULL of healthy, naturally detoxifying ingredients
- 1 cup green tea, chilled
- 1 cup loosely packed cilantro
- 1 cup loosely packed organic baby kale (or another baby green)
- 1 cup cucumber
- 1 cup pineapple
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tsp raw honey

Heat oven to 400°. Lay pizza dough on a work surface and stretch to a 10 x 15 inch size
- 1 can (13.8 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated artisan pizza crust with whole grain or Pillsbury® refrigerated regular pizza crust
- 4 oz, or half brick, cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Italian blend shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced very fine
- 3 tablespoons freshly chopped basil and rosemary
- 1 cup warmed marinara sauce for dipping
Fondant - Marshmallow (Truly Black)

Use this recipe to get a truly black fondant
- 6 oz. of semi sweet chocolate chips (white for light colors, milk choc. for dark) (about half of a bag)
- 1 16 oz. bag of mini marshmallows
- 3 tbsp. of Lily White Corn Syrup
- 3 tbsp. water
- 1 1lb. bag of powdered sugar + 1-2 Cups
- gel black (or other dark) food coloring and paste
- Earth Balance
Chocolate Sugar Cookies

Sift together the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; set aside
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 1/4 cups white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

- Ingredients
- 4 ounces (1 cup) white rice flour
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Pinch (little less than 1/8 teaspoon) granulated garlic
- Pinch freshly ground black pepper
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 5 ounces (1 cup) dried gluten-free bread crumbs
- 12 pieces string cheese, cold and unwrapped
