In a large saucepan, combine the potatoes and enough water to cover

  • 1 lb fingerling potatoes, sliced 1 inch think

  • 1 c loosely packed flat-leaf parsley, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 c caperberries, halved or 1/4 c drained capers
  • A generous handful of brine- or oil-cured black olives, pitted and coarsely chpped
  • 1 small hot red chile, seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 (6 oz) cans Italian tuna, drained
  • 1 loaf ciabatta bread, torn into pieces
