  • 1/4 c red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro or sliced green onion
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • salt and pepper to taste
