  • Tzimmies Ingredients:
  • 2 Russet potatoes
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 onion
  • 3 carrots
  • 1/2 cup fresh apricots, chopped
  • Juice from one lemon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
