- 2 cups cooked garbanzo beans
- 2 cloves garlic, mashed
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves, packed
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Basil Parsley Pesto

Set aside a small bowl filled with ice water
- 2 2 2 cups basil leaves, loosely packed
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup fl at-leaf parsley, loosely packed
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (see Note)
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper

1. Mix 2 tablespoons broth and cornstarch in a small bowl
- 3/4 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth, divided
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- 16 ounces skinless chicken breasts, (4 4-ounce)
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 medium Granny Smith apple (or any tart apple), peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup organic apple cider, or organic apple juice
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
Caramelized Onion & White Bean Flatbread

Place oven rack in the lowest position: preheat to 450 degrees
- 3 Tbsp evoo
- 1 lg. onion, thinly sliced lengthwise
- 1/4 t sea salt
- 2 Tbsp. minched fresh oregeno, or 2 t dried
- 1/2 t freshly ground pepper
- 1 15 oz can white beans, rinsed
- 3 Tbsp water
- 2 t white-wine vinegar
- 2 plum tom, thinly sliced
- 1 C finely shredded smoked Gouda, or Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. pepitas,(hulled pumpkin seeds)
Freezer Breakfast Burritos

If you freeze them, wrap in foil and put in dated freezer bags before they've been baked
- 2 cups frozen tater tots
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 links breakfast sausage, casing removed
- 8 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup half and half*
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

- 8 (8-inch) flour tortillas

- 1 1/4 cups sour cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

Cranberry Sauce Recipe

- 4 cups (1 12-oz package) fresh or frozen cranberries
