Pretty Holiday Hummus: Beet It Up with Beet Hummus

First, roast beets: Preheat oven to 400F
- 1 med. beet ( cook a bunch at once to have on hand)
- 15 ounce can or 1 3/4 cup of garbanzo beans,drained and rinsed
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tiny pinch of cayenne
- 1 dash paprika
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- sea salt and pepper to taste
