Spiced Chai Protein Granola Crumble - Shelly's

Squeeze together with your hands till clumps form
- 1/4 cup Oatmeal, dry
- 1/4 cup Big Train Fit Frappe Spiced Chai Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup chopped Nuts (I used Pecans & Almonds)
- 1 Tablespoon Almond Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup (Torani, Davinci)
Razzle Dazzle Brownies

Preheat oven to according to temperature on the box of brownie mix
- 1 family-sized box of brownie mix
- (enough for 9x13 pan)

- 1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam

- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Chili Chicken Enchiladas

- 19 oz. can enchilada sauce
- 2 cus cooked, diced chicken
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4.5 oz. can chopped green chilies
- 8 flour tortilas - 8"
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- Chopped avocado or green onion, if desired

Cook macaroni until firm; drain and rinse

Cheesy Chicken & Brocolli Bake (Nik's)

Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees
- 8 oz. chicken (I used thighs, use breasts if you like those better)
- 1/2 a large head cauliflower, cut into florets OR 2 cups frozen cauliflower florets
- 1 small head of broccoli OR 1 cup frozen broccoli florets
- 8 oz. can reduced-fat cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup whatever shredded cheese you like (I used Mexican blend)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, to taste
- Optional: 1/2 an onion diced and/or more

- Two 14-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 garlic clove, sliced
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise (I always use Hellmann’s)

- 2 tablespoons panko or plain breadcrumbs

- 1/3 cup whole-wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 packet of Splenda
- Dash salt
- 1/4 cup fat-free liquid egg substitute
- 1 tbsp. light vanilla soymilk
- 1/2 tbsp. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 10 mini marshmallows, halved
- 1/2 tbsp. Hershey's Lite chocolate syrup
- 2 tbsp. Fat Free Reddi-wip
- 2 graham crackers, crushed

- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 3/4 cup oat bran
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 2 t. baking soda
- 1 t. baking powder
- 1 t. salt
- 1 T. cinnamon
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 2 apples, peeled & shredded
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 cup walnuts

- 1 tube Grandes Biscuits OR 2 tubes buttermilk biscuits
- 3 T. butter, melted
- 1/2 cup pancake syrup
- 1/3 packed brown sugar
- 1/2 t. cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans, optional
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds, optional
