- 1 regualr size can crushed pineapple; well drained
- 1 apple; chopped
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup of marshmallows

- 2 c sugar
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 12 squares (1 oz each) white baking chocolate, chopped
- 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow crème
- 1/2 c crushed peppermint candy
- 1/2 t peppermint extract

Melt butter in a Dutch oven over medium heat
- 2 T butter
- 1 medium onion chopped fine
- 2 (10 3/4 oz) cans of cream of potato soup
- 3 1/2 cups of milk
- 1/4 t ground red pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs medium size fresh shrimp peeled
- 1 cup (4oz) shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- Note: 1 1/2 lbs of frozen shrimp, thawed; 1 1/2 lbs peeled crawfish tails; or 3 cups chopped chicken may be substituted.
Crunchy Romaine Tossed Salad

- 1 package of Ramen Noodles (uncooked; broken - discard flavor package)
- 4 T unsalted butter or margarine
- 1 bunch broccoli flowerets
- 1 head of Romaine Lettuce (washed and broken)
- 4 green onions; chopped
