Stay Up All Night Coffee Cake

Grease a tube or bundt pan Sprinkle chopped nuts on bottom of the pan
- 3/4 cup nuts (chopped)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 package frozen Parker House rolls (Rich's)
- 1/2 cup margarine melted
- 3 3/4 oz instant or regular butterscotch pudding mix
- Cinnamon to taste (1 T)
Mushroom Rice Casserole

Put all of the ingredients in a small casserole dish, stir until blended Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour
- 1 cup of rice
- 1 can of beef consommé
- 1/2 stick of margarine
- 4 oz can of mushrooms
