- fresh or smoked salmon fillets
- fresh halibut or other white fish fillets
- cooked sticky rice or long grain white rice
- hollandaise sauce
- cream of spinach mixture (frozen section)
- lemon pepper
- salt
- puff pastry - 2 sheets.

- 1 C. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 C. butter, melted
- 3 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
- 1/2 C. raisins
- 1 1 lb. loaf French baguette, cut into 1 inch slices
- 6 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 C. milk
- 1 Tbs. vanilla extract
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon

- 2 1/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour

- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped to very soft peaks
- 1 (3-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Grilled Salmon with Italian Dressing

Directions For marinade, combine Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing, soy sauce and ginger
- 1 cup Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1-1/2 tsp. finely chopped fresh ginger or 1/2 tsp. ground ginger (optional)
- 4 salmon, swordfish or tuna steaks, about 1-1/2 inches thick (about 2-1/2 lbs.)
- Cucumber Salsa (optional)*
