I made this cake today for a family reunion
- 1 pkg Duncan Hines® Moist Deluxe® Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
Reduced-Calorie, Reduced-Fat Potato Skins

- 1 c raisins
- 2 1/2 c glour
- 1 c sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 c butter
- 6 tbsp icing sugar, sifted
