Beer Shrimp Boil

- 3 (12-ounce) bottles lager beer
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon shrimp boil seasoning or Creole seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
- 1 lemon, juiced, halves reserved
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 pounds large shrimp, head and shell left on, rinsed well
Chex® Muddy Buddies®

1 Into large bowl, measure cereal; set aside
- 9 cups Corn Chex®, Rice Chex®, Wheat Chex® or Chocolate Chex® cereal (or combination)
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter

- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

For the meatloaf: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 cup milk
- 6 bread slices
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 to 1/2 cup minced flat-leaf parsley

- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- Dash or 2 hot sauce (more if you like)
- Dash or 2 Worcestershire sauce

Creamy Linguine with Shrimp and Asparagus

1. Cook pasta as directed on package
- 8 ounces linguine
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed and sliced diagonally into 1 1/2-inch pieces (about 4 cups)
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 teaspoons McCormick® Gourmet Collection Tuscan Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Sicilian Sea Salt
- 1 pound jumbo shrimp (16 to 20 count), peeled and deveined
Creamy Cucumber Pasta Salad

Instructions Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and mix well
- 1 long english cucumber
- 1/2 lb medium sized pasta (such as penne or rotini)
- 1/2 sweet white onion
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
