  • 12 corn tortillas, 6 sliced lengthwise into 1-inch-wide strips and 6 cut into 1 1/2 squares

  • 1 15 ounce can diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 2 rotisserie chicken breasts, skin and bones discarded, meat shredded or diceed
  • 2 avocados
  • 2 limes, cut into wedges
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 large jalapeno chile peppers, seeded and chopped
  • Crumbled queso fresco and sour cream, for topping
