Taco Seasoning Mix

In a bowl mix everything together and store in an airtight container
- 4 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (more or less depending on how spicy you like it)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 3 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
Rich Chocolate Pudding Pie

1. To prepare crust, place wafers in a food processor; process until finely ground
- CRUST:
- 30 chocolate wafers (such as Nabisco's Famous Chocolate Wafers)
- 3 ounces bittersweet chocolate, melted
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- FILLING:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 cups 1% low-fat milk, divided
- 2 large egg yolks
- 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon white rum
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 10 tablespoon fat-free frozen whipped topping, thawed
Foxs Famous Tortilla Soup

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
- 12 corn tortillas, 6 sliced lengthwise into 1-inch-wide strips and 6 cut into 1 1/2 squares
- Vegetable cooking spray
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 corn oil
- 1 large yellow onion, chopped
- 2 - 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- A handful cilantro leaves, coarsely chopped.
- 2 bay leaves
