- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tsp salt and pepper

- 1/4 cup salt
- 5 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbs dry mesquite seasoning mix
- 4 cups oil for frying
- 1 tsp butter
- 1-12 ounce barbecue sauce
