- 2 tsp baking soda

- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla

In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, stir together the sugar, corn syrup and water
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 cup white corn syrup
- 3/4 cold water
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tsp pure vanilla

Halloween Cookies

Heat oven to 350*. Beat sugar, peanut butter, margarine until creamy
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 6 tbs butter
- 3 3/4 cups oats
- 3 eggs
- Mix ins [choose one of the following]
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup peanuts and 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup candy coated chocolate
- 1/2 cup raisins and 1/2 cup pecans
- 1 cup chips
Christmas Rainbow Cake

Heat oven to 350*. Prepare cake mix as directed on package
- 1 package [2 layer size] white cake mix
- 1-4 serving size lime flavor gelatin
- 1-4 serving size strawberry gelatin
- 1-12 ounce cool whip thawed
Mexican Corn Bread

Brown ground beef down. Add taco seasoning package and3/4 cup water and simmer
- I box of jiffy cornbread mix
- Shredded cheddar cheese [a lot]
- 1 can corn
- 1 package of taco seasoning
- 1 pd ground beef
Ham and Tater Bake

Grease a 3 quart baking dish
- 1-28 ounce package frozen steak fries
- 1 1/2 cup diced fully cooked ham
- 1-10 ounce frozen chopped broccoli thawed and drained 3/4 cup milk
- 1-10 3/4 ounce can condensed cream of broccoli soup
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup [4 ounce] shredded cheddar cheese
Hash Brown Potato Casserole

Partially thaw hash browns
- 2 pounds frozen hash browns dices
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 10 ounce sharp cheddar cheese grated
- 2 cups corn flakes crushed
- 1 stick margarine melted
Cinnamon Dump Cake

Grease pan [don’t flour] put half the cake mixture in a pan
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 8 tbs brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon

Mix and pour into dishes. Add sticks when semi firm
- 1 package instant chocolate pudding
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- Mix and pour into dishes. Add sticks when semi firm.
Funnel Cake

Beat egg in milk, blend dry ingredients except powdered sugar and gradually add egg mixture beat until smooth
- 1 egg, room temp
- 2/3 cup milk- room temp
- 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tbs sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Powdered sugar
- Veg oil
