For cake: Preheat oven to 375*
- Cake:
- Powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup Libby’s pumpkin
- 1 cup chopped walnuts [optional]
- Filling:
- 1-8 ounce cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sifted powdered powdered sugar
- 6 tbs butter or margarine softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar
Fantastic Mexican Dip

Crumble ground beef in a large, deep skillet
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1-16 ounce jar taco sauce
- 1-16 ounce container sour cream
- 1-8 ounce cream cheese softened
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1-16 package shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tomato cubed
- 2 green onions sliced
- 1-2 ounce can sliced black olives drained
General Tsaos Chicken

Add garlic, ginger, sugar, 1/4 cup soy sauce and vinegar
- Sauce:
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp minced fresh ginger root
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup hot chicken broth
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp mono sodium glutamate
- 3 pounds chicken breast cut into bite size pieces
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 egg 1 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cup chopped green onions
- 16 sun dried chilli peppers
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water combine and mix
Hashbrown Quiche

Pour into crust- bake 350* 30 min
- 3 cups hash brown
- salt pepper to taste
- toss in 1/2 stick melted butter
- Spray pie plate with nonstick spray, place hash brown in dish and press like a crust- Bake 25 min at 425*
- 3/4 cup ham
- 1/2 cup diced green onion
- 3 eggs-beaten
- salt/pepper to taste
- 1 cup half/half sharp cheese
Melt In Your Mouth Barbecued Ribs

Place the spareribs in the bottom of a slow cooker
- 2 side pork spareribs [about 6 pounds] separated
- 1-28 ounce can chunky tomato sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbs red wine vinegar
- 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbs reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbs chili powder
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

mix- cook in cast iron biscuit maker sprayed well- place on grill- cook until done
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup plain corn meal
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeno-seeded
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbs sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4-1/3 tbs oil
- 1 cup milk
