Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Heat oven to 350*. Beat together butter and sugar until creamy
- 1 cup [2 sticks] butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup brown sugar packed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 cups oats
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
Old Fashioned Baked Beans

Wash beans and put in 4 quart saucepan
- 2 pounds dried navy beans
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 4 tsp cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 3/4 pound bacon diced
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/2 cup molasses

Glazed Lemon Cake

Heat oven to 350*. Stir cake mix,gelatin, eggs, water and oil in large bowl
- 1 package 2 layer yellow cake mix
- 1 package [4 serving] lemon flavor gelatin
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup hot water
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1/4 cup lemonade flavor drink mix
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 2 can of corn potatoes
- 1 can peas
- 2 cans carrots
- 2 cans chili
- dash of crushed red pepper

- 1 yellow cake mix [mix and bake as instructed]
- 1-20 can crushed pineapple
- 1 cup sugar [boil sugar and pineapple about 5 minutes]
