Bavarian Cream

Mix all together
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 2- 3 1/2 oz instant pudding
- 3/4 cup milk
- 12 oz cool whip
Coconut Cream Cheese Pound Cake

Beat butter, shortening, cream cheese until soft and creamy
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp coconut extract
- 1-8 ounce package cream cheese
- 3 cups sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 cups flour
- 1-6 ounce frozen coconut
Cherry Chocolate Cake

Beat cake mix, sour cream eggs and extract
- 1 pkg chocolate cake mix
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 can chocolate frosting
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Corn Casserole

Mix all ingredients. Pour into 2 quart pan and bake at 350* for 1 hour
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can corn drained
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1/2 stick margarine
Cinnamon and Orange Spice Aroma

- Boil water in a saucepan. Then add a handful of cinnamon sticks and a sliced orange. Reduce to simmer. If you want the aroma to last replace the water as it boils out.
Santa Fe Soup

Cut chicken into bite size pieces and cook til brown
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 1 pound chicken [3-4 boneless breast]
- 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can black beans drained
- 1 can whole kernel corn drained
- 1 can kidney beans drained
- 1 can red beans drained
- 1 can mild rotel [hot if desired]
- Tortilla chips
- Shredded cheese
Country Blueberry Coffee Cake

Drop biscuits into butter and roll into brown sugar and place into butter 8x8 glass pan
- MIX:
- 1 can biscuit- buttermilk grande/quarter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 stick butter-melted
- 1 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
Zest Cheese Bread

Move oven rack to highest position
- 1-10 ounce can Pillsbury all ready pizza crust
- 2 ounces {1/2 cup} shredded sharp cheese
- 1-4.5 ounce chopped green chillies drained
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 ounces {1/2 cup} shredded hot Monterrey pepper jack cheese

- 1 stick margarine
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup nuts
- 1 large cream cheese
- 1 large cool whip
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 small packages of chocolate instant pudding

- 1/2 cup pecan pieces
- 3 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup butter
- 3 cup sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 tbs vanilla extract
- 1 tbs lemon extract
- 2 tbs milk
