- 6 slices bacon
- 2 pounds small Yukon gold potatoes, halved
- 1 cup buttermilk
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
- 1/2 cup extra-sharp cheddar cheese, yellow or white

1) PLACE potatoes in large saucepan with enough water to cover
- 2 lb. sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, drained and chopped
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise

- 1 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
- 2 cups fresh vegetable stir-fry mix
- 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tsp. dark sesame oil

- 1 gallon of hot water
- 1 pound of kosher salt
- 2 quarts of vegtable broth
- 1 pound of honey

Healthy Baked Chicken Nuggets

Preheat oven to 425°. Spray a baking sheet with olive oil spray
- 16 oz (2 large) skinless boneless chicken breasts, cut into even bit sized pieces
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 6 tbsp whole wheat Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp panko
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- olive oil spray (I used my Misto)
