Pomegranate Lime Fizz

1.In a large pitcher, mix together the club soda, pomegranate juice, vodka, lime juice, and triple sec
- 1 liter club soda
- 1 1/2 cups pomegranate juice
- 1 1/2 cups vodka (12 ounces)
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice, plus wedges for garnish
- 1/4 cup triple sec (2 ounces)
Bruschetta

In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, cucumber, and basil; season lightly with salt and pepper
- 3 large, ripe tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 large red onion, cut into 1/4-inch dice
- 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and cut into 1/4-inch dice
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves, shredded
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for brushing
- 1 tablespoon red-wine vinegar
- 1 baguette
- 2 to 3 peeled garlic cloves, for rubbing
Grilled Chicken with Lemon Basil Pasta

Cook pasta, reserving 1 cup of hot pasta water when you drain
- Marinade for Chicken:
- 4 whole Grilled Chicken Breasts, Sliced
- 1 pound Penne Pasta, Cooked Until Al Dente
- 1/2 sticks Butter
- 3 whole Lemons, Juiced
- 3/4 cups Heavy Cream
- 1/4 cups Half-and-half
- 1 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (or Romano)
- Salt And Freshly Ground Black Pepper, To Taste
- 20 whole Basil Leaves, Chopped
- Olive oil
- Juice of four lemons
- Dijon
- A tiny bit of honey
- A dash of salt
- Pour over chicken and marinate for 24 hours
fresh salsa

basically just mix all ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine
- 1 1/2 cups of tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup of onion,chopped
- 1 tbsp of diced jalapeno (optional)
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- juice of 2 limes
- 2 tbsp of cilantro
- salt and pepper to taste.
Peanut Butter and Jelly Bars

For dough: In a large bowl, combine butter, shortening, and peanut butter
- Dough:
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup shortening
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 eg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1-10 oz jar strawberry preserves or jam
- Topping:
- 1 cup REGULAR rolled oats
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
