- Cream Cheese Glaze:
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 6 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup powdered (confectioners') sugar
- 1/2 cup (4 ounces) cream cheese
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 tablespoons milk
- Melted butter, for brushing
- Rapid Rolls:
- 3 (.25-ounce) packets active dry yeast
- 1 3/4 cups warm water
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup melted butter, plus more for brushing
- 2 teaspoons salt, plus more for sprinkling
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 4 to 6 cups flour, plus more if needed
Parmesan Sesame Bundt Loaf

Roll each piece of dough in butter then cheese
- 2 dozen frozen bread dough rolls
- 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Shrimp stir fry with red Bell Pepper and Snow Peas

. Heat 2 tsp of oil to smoking and saute the bell pepper and snow peas till they start to blacken around the edges
- 1 . 18-20 Medium sized shrimp
- 2 . 1 Red Bell Pepper seeded and cut into cubes
- 3 . 1 1/2 cup of snow peas
- 4 . 1/2 cup of chopped green onions
- 5 . 2 tbsp of sliced shallots
- 6 . 2 garlic cloves sliced
- 7 . 2-3 tsp of oil
- for marination
- 1 . 1/2 tbsp of oil
- 2 . 1/2 tbsp of minced garlic
- 3 . 1 tbsp of minced ginger
- 4 . 1/2 tsp of salt
- Marinate the shrimp with the ingredients mentioned above.
- For the Sauce
- 1 . 1/2 tbsp of jaggery
- 2 . 1 tbsp of lime juice
- 3 . 1/2 tbsp of white vinegar (see note)
- 4 . 1 tbsp of chilli sauce (or chilli garlic sauce, I used Sriracha chilli sauce)
- 5 . 1/2 tbsp of oil
- 6 . 2 tsp of corn starch
- 7 . 1 tsp of soy sauce
- 8 . 1 1/2 tbsp of ketchup
- Whisk the above together and set aside

- 6 cloves garlic, unpeeled
- 4 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach - thawed, drained and squeezed dry

- 1 (8 ounce) package sliced fresh mushrooms
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
