Cheesy Chicken Meatballs

Directions Preheat an oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C)
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup roasted garlic light cream cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon dry bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Raw cookie dough bites

In a food processor, process the almonds, walnuts, oats, cinnamon and salt to a fine meal
- 2/3 cup raw almonds
- 2/3 cup raw walnuts
- 2/3 cup raw oat flakes (see note below)

- Ingredients:

- 4 lbs chicken wings
- 1 - 5 oz can of evaporated milk
- cup flour
- cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- tsp oregano
- tsp paprika
- tsp cayenne pepper
- tsp salt & pepper
- cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons melted butter

Heat the vegetable oil in a large covered saute pan over medium heat
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, plus more as needed
- 1 1/2 pounds ground white meat chicken
