Preheat oven to 325*Spread nuts into single layer on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes until evenly toasted
- 1 1/4 cups whole blanched almonds
- 1 1/4 cups pecan halves
- 1 1/4 shelled green pistachios
- 1 1/4 walnut halves
- 1/2 cup shelled pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cups blanched (loose papery skin removed) filberts (hazelnuts)
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, minced
- 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3/4 teaspoon coriander, ground
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin, ground
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 tablespoon kosher salt
