Set out all of your ingredients so your ice cream doesn't melt too much once you start assembling
- 3 cups light vanilla ice cream
- 1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
- 2 cups Cool Whip Free, thawed from frozen
- One 60-calorie sugar-free chocolate pudding snack (like the kind by Jell-O)
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 2 tbsp. light chocolate syrup
- 1 tbsp. crushed dry-roasted peanuts
- 8 maraschino cherries
Creamy Spinach Rigatoni

In a sauce pan, melt butter; add flour and cook and stir for about a minute
- Sauce:
- 2 2 2 cups dry rigatoni
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 5 5 5 cups fresh spinach
- couple pinches garlic powder
