- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup barbeque sauce
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 yellow mustard
- 1 T. worchestershire sauce
- few drops of Liquid Smoke
- 1/4 t. garlic powder
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 5-6 slices bacon
Seven Layer Salad

- 1 head lettuce
- spinach leaves
- 5-6 green onion
- 1 can green peas
- 1 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 c. mayo
- 3 hard boiled eggs
- 12 slices bacon
- 1 c. grated parmesan cheese
Earthquake Cake

Spray pan with Pam. Sprinkle pecans and coconut in bottom of pan
- 1 box German chocolate cake mix
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 8 oz pack cream cheese
- 1 stick margarine, softened

Almond Broccoli Salad

- 6 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 5 - 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 T. fresh lemon juice
- 1 3.5 ounce package sliced almonds
Chicken Tortilla Bake

In a bowl, combine chicken, chilies, broth, soups and onions, set aside
- 3 c. shredded cooked chicken
- 2 4 oz cans chopped green chilis
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 10 3/4 oz can mushroom soup
- 1 10 3/4 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 12 corn tortillas
- 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Fudgy Brownies

- 2/3 c. cocoa
- 2/3 c. oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/3 c. flour
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1/2 c boiling water
- 2 eggs
- 1 t. vanilla
Black Bean Soup

In a medium Dutch oven, cook bacon over medium-high heat for 3 minutes, or until just beginning to brown
- 5 slices bacon, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 15 oz cans black beans, drained
- 2 14 oz cans chicken broth
- 1 t. ground cumin
- 1 t. chili powder
- Garnish: sour cream, minced chives

- 1 container Richard's dressing

- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1/2 t. salt
- 3/4 c. peanut butter
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 2 T milk
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. flour
Banana Pudding

- 2 egg yolks, lightly beaten
- 2 t. vanilla extract

- 4 egg whites
- 1/4 c. sugar
